Hi Mado - yeah George is a beautiful female, called George as work bought her as a surprise gift and called it 'operation george' loved the name so it stayed! suits her really as George sounds so 'plodding along' just like her!

It is Rain Forest Substrate, i buy it on line from Euro Rep, it was recommended, as used, by their breeder, they love it! it holds the moisture to keep good humidity and they can bury right down into it. Hope that helps - Good luck with your little star! x
