Happiness is a baby tortoise eating out of your hand! My baby tort Leo ate out of my hand for the first time today I was so excited I feel honored that my baby trust me enough now. Or he could just be really hungry!

That is a good sign. How long have you had Leo? He is very pretty.

I got Leo as a Christmas gift from my husband so I have had him since Dec. 24th. I am not sure of his hatching date. so I guess hes about 3 or 4 months old not sure how to tell? Thank you he is pretty. Not sure either if it is a boy or girl doesn't matter I love him so much!!

That is a great feeling isn't it. I remember the first time my first leopard ate from my hand. Almost 5 years ago and it was Christmas cactus. Pretty tort, great Christmas present.

Whats a Christmas cactus sounds really cool? Your Tortoises are very nice! How do they do in the winter with the snow?
