My whole yard is fenced but I still want some pens built for when we are not home and for growing some weeds and grasses. I want to do 32x32 pens and was wondering if 12" high walls is enough for a 35 pound sulcatta. I have a bunch of 2x12x16' boards I can use. Thanks

Hi Jason:

It might be tall enough. I have about 15" fences and I've never seen Dudley (100lb male sulcata) try to climb over. Rather than climb, he butts and pushes at the fence.

My adults are contained by slumpstone offset and stacked 3 high. I believe that it's only 16" high. Might be 18"...
