Hello from Turbo and me!!!

Would just like to introduce my self and my new Tortoise 'Turbo', I have never owned a Tortoise before and he was given to me by a friend who could not look after him any more. He is 6 years old and is a real character and has quickly become part of the family!! I want to look after him the best I can and will need some of your help along the way I am sure!

He is a Hermann breed, unfortunately he has some pyramiding misshaping to his shell due to diet before I got him, I am feeding him a selection of weeds etc which i understand is a healthier diet?

Hermanns are beautiful tortoises. True, yes weeds do tend to overall be a healthier diet.
