Help id some weeds for me?

I have an abundance of weeds on the side of the house as well as the back yard. I just need help ID'ing some of them. Thanks!
One looks like some kind of thistle can't tell which.

Ok, hopefully this'll work. The side of the driveway is overrun with this particular weed. I cannot seem to find out what it is. Some kind of plantain maybe?

very hard to tell from this picture. maybe fireweed? larger photos would be helpful
