Help me identify this tort

I saw this tort on my local Craigslist. I try to refer these people to this site as well as send links to the tort's care sheet. But I'm having trouble identifying this one:https://sandiego.craigslist.org/nsd/for/6207695659.html

Looks like a sulcata? But $300 looks pretty steep for it.

If it is a sulcata, 300 is way too much. They go for around 85
If it's a desert tortoise it's illegal for them to sell.

It's a very expensive sulcata that is starting to pyramid.

Yes. A quite young sulcata. And they are dreaming with that price.

That's a sulcata. The most you should buy one for is 100 dollars . That tortoise is being slowly tortured. The whole setup is wrong . You could buy him and two weeks later it dies. Hot and dry will give them kidney failure.
