Help! (tortoise upside down)

I came home from work and I saw my tortoise upside down I don't know how long it was upside down but when I flipped him back over he was a bit stunned but after awhile he ate and he looks a bit better. Should I be worried?? I am really scared.

Just keep an eye on him for a few days. Make sure you soak him in warm water for 20-30 minutes incase he got dehydrated. Make changes to the enclosure to whatever you think cased him to flip. Most likely he will be fine. It's usually bad if they have flipped under the basking light or in a too deep of a water bowl. Then it's usually bad as soon as you find them.
