Did a little tort sitting for a friend's baby Hermann and Russian! :D

Hiccup is in the middle.

And in this one Hiccup is the smaller, lighter colored Hermann with the extra scute

They were so cute together, kind of makes me want to get Hiccup a little friend. :) Hermann's are kind of loner's though, correct?

I can't help you out with your "loner" question. But I just had to comment on how cute those pictures are.:D

Gorgeous babies!

I've seen a fair few posts on here regarding the subject of keeping tortoises alone rather than in pairs, however I have 7 Hermanns who all muck along fine together so I would say that it CAN work.

I'm not an expert by any means, so take all the advice you can get before you decide.

well i know some that has leo that is 10lbs and a greek witch is 6inches. well the greek lives with the leo and the greek picks on the leo so i would say go for it. All my torts live in groups of 2s

Thanks, every one! We had fun watching all of the tiny torts. :D We'll keep thinking on a friend for Hiccup.
