How do I post picts?

Can someone let me know how to post picts in the for sale section?
I'm not sure what a remote URL is...

The easiest is through photo bucket or tiny pics. They are free.

The URL is what will show up in the address bar, or on photobucket, if I remember correctly, you will just click on the URL, once the picture is showing and then you paste that URL in your thread/post. I'm not good at explaining, I hope you can understand what I'm trying to say.
