How much is too much?

I can't decide on how much I should be feeding my baby Greek. I feed him a spring mix with some tortoise pellets. So how much should I give him?

Feed him as much as he will eat, they will not over eat or whatever they consume in 30 min. Is the general rule if that makes cense..
