I had a bunch of scrap wood from a few projects lying around. Just taking stuff to the street till I saw a vision.

Was it pretty? No, but it worked. I took the pieces, put em together, put mesh and a sand bag on the bottom, filled it with dirt mulch and leaves, made a lid(can someone please tell me hot to cut corners with a hand saw!) Put in some decor, and boom!

A place for my older box turtle hatchlings.

I always just use a straight cut and do the extra math and wood. Makes it easy to put together with screws and such with only one person. ...done with a miter box and a crosscut saw 😊
