Houttuynia Variegata is what I've been told. But can't figure out if it's toxic.
Thats is correct, also known as Chameleon Plant. It does have a strong smell that may repel an animals from eating it. but with tortoises you never know. Not sure if its toxic or not.
It is Chameleon plant ( Houttuynia cordata) and is edible.
