Is Jello a Boy or a Girl!?

Hello!! This is my redfoot tortoise, Gelatin Dessert, or Jello for short. I was told that he was a boy, but I have seen other posts and now I have no idea what he/she is! I'm hoping some of you more experienced people can help me out and tell me whether Jelllo is a Mr. or a Mrs. Thank you all in advance.

Thank you guys so much!! I posted on a Facebook group as well and everyone there is saying female too! Well, my Mr. Handsome is now my pretty princess!
