Is my Tortoise healthy?

my female sulcata is a little over one year and weighs 1/2 a pound. She is 4 1/2 inches in width and 6 inches in length! Her diet consists of grasses and weeds then topped off with her multivitamin(Herptivite) power. Thank you!

Nice looking tort. How often do you soak and does she have water available 24/7? Your multi vitamin, does it have calcium? If so, I would not give it every day, only twice a week.

I soak her every other day, and it has beta carotene. Also, at this age does she need water in her cage? (The heat lamp is on most of the day)
