Is my turtle blind?

How can I understand if my turtle is blind ?

Could you please post some pictures of your turtle and its enclosure so we can help you better?
Also tell us what species of turtle you have, and how old?

His eyes look very normal. He is a greek tortoises and he is about 17-20 years old

Have you not brumated him before in winter?

I don't think there is anything country specific. The only thing is that we had really bad cold spell last weeks. If tortoise wasn't in a heated enclosure, then frost might have damaged its eyes. But Larnaca is on the coast line, there weren't below zero temperatures, as far as I know.

Does it walk around normally or bumps in the walls, etc?

I was just thinking brumation timing.
