Google lens says it is lyreleaf sage and safe for humans. TT does not have anything on it.
Is it lyreleaf sage and is it safe to feed?

This plant is not familiar to me but from the look of it, it could be. It's in the mint family; taste it and you should know if it's in the mint family or not! Everything in this plant family is safe to eat; whether your tortoise will eat it is another question. Like most herbs it has a strong scent that can discourage tortoises.

if it doesn't taste like mint then I'd wait for it to bloom and try again.

Thanks, I'll try to rub between my fingers and see if it smells minty. I don't eat green things :)
