Is this normal?!! (Hermanni eats his feces)

I've had my hermanns for a few weeks now and he keeps eating his poo!
Is this normal or should I be worried?
He eats every single poo he does unless I get there first to pick it out.
Help!!!

Tortoises eat poo. Disgusting to us, normal for them. Maybe try offering one of the pelleted foods...

Just think of it as 'recycling.' He's getting all the nutrients that he missed the first time around.

Oh that's okay then at least it isn't harmful for him. He gets in such a mess though and gets all over his legs and face

Definitely bath time! Is it possible to bath them too often? Cause he's needing one quite often now cause of this but didn't know if I could do harm by over bathing?
