O.k. What am I looking at ( I know it's a leopard tort ) if it's the rear legs he could be slipping on the plastic tub floor .

He was trying to get up I thought he could be slipping but he was doing it getting into his house aswell other day on wood chip. I picked him up an he seem to be walking alright after just a bit worried somet might be wrong

I don't see anything to be concerned about. However, if the concern is with him walking, we really need to see the vid. @jaizei may be able to help you load a vid.

On bottom one his leg looked like it was bent right round

Sometimes a constipated tortoise makes a sweeping motion with his back legs.
