Just a growing boy!!! :-)

My little mud turtle, Jacques, is growing up! The first photo was taken several months ago. The water was about 4.5 inches deep, and if you look closely you can see that his little feet are off the sand and he's holding himself up to the surface by hanging on to a plant. The second picture was taken last week. The water is a little deeper now, about 5 inches, and he can easily stand with his back feet on the sand and easily poke his nose and even his whole face out of the water!!!
