Okay, I need some help for my lighting. I am creating a new closed indoor habitat for my tort, Shelldon. I plan to use large sterile lite containers but with the lids being closed I don't know how to get the lights attached. I assume the lid needs to be on to keep the humidity up. If anyone has any ideas let me know!

One idea, drill two small holes on two sides and run a wooden dowel through them to hang your lights on, or cut holes in the lid, bigger then the bulb, but not as big as the shade. Line the rim of the hole with tin foil. Set the light over the hole. The tin foil will keep the plastic from melting.

For one of my chambers, I cut holes in the lid and lined them with foil just as Wellington suggested.
