Lovely Male Russian preferrably to a midwestern home

We have a wonderful male Russian Tortoise named Tortie. He's been with us for about 5 years and before that he belonged to a pet store owner. He is around 10-15 years old. We are looking for a somewhat local home for him since I am not comfortable shipping him, and I would like to meet prospective adopters. He has a Tortoise House which would go with him. I am only interested in him getting a wonderful home where he will be loved and attended to consistently. We live in the Kansas City area. Please feel free to email me at [email protected].
