I have a 5yr old male weighing in at 1500g, is that a healthy weight?

Images might help, but slow and steady wins the race, and ensures proper growth. A lot of people try to power feed to get them to grow fast, but it's not good in the long run.

So long as he feels heavy when you pick him up.
