Meet Vadeh

Some of you may have already seen our first tortoise "Bruce"

well its just about a year since we got him and yesterday...

we got him a friend, her name is Vadeh and she is lovely.

Bruce thinks so too as she had been with him only a few hours before he attempted to get a bit jiggy with her, unless he thought she was a rock and was just trying to climb over it.

Vadeh is the lighter and slightly bigger tortoise.

They are both beautiful! I don't want to be a downer, but they should not be together yet. They should be quarantined for at least 3 months. If your new one has any type of illness, Bruce will get it too and that could be costly and life threatening. Good luck, they are both great torts!

Sorry to be nosy, but what kind of chips are those for the substrate? I like the stepped stones too.
