I hate to say it, but I dont know how old they are. I feel like an alful mommy. They were dumped off at a pet shop I go to and the owner gave them to me. They are both so sweet and I can tell they have been with people before cuz they eat from my hand.

ha ha I am such a clean freak! I follow them every place to make sure I see it if they do then I clean and clean and so on.....

Yeah my turts dont run around in my house, they are either in the turtle table or in the yard. just to many unknowns such as what could they possibly eat that would harm them what could possible step on them etc not to mention the bathroom issue but to each his own

Yes I do worry about salmonella. I dont leave them out long at all. Just for a few pics. They have never had a poopy on my carpet yet and I like it that way!!
