Hi all. I have completed my enclosure and am finally ready to purchase a pair of young adult Hermanns. My ultimate goal is to breed them just once. I found a seller on MorphMarket that has 3 larger males and 5 larger females, all 6-7” for sale.
Can anybody check out the pics of these 7 Hermanns he has for sale and help me determine if anything looks good or bad regarding them. The seller is “Good Guy Reptile Family” on MorphMarket.

One adult male and one adult female in the same enclosure will be bad for the animals. So you either need a separate enclosure for each of them, or a really large enclosure where you can have multiple adult females, and a separate enclosure for the babies if/when they hatch.

Yes. I know a pair can’t be kept together.

You do know that they can not be housed together right?
So if you only have one enclosure, you aren't ready to purchase yet until you get a second enclosure set up.
Yes. I have 2 separate areas available.

Your enclosure is huge so will definitely work well split in two, I’m super excited for you!!

Pics haven’t uploaded though?

The MM was just updated. There is only 1 male listed now. I was concerned if his bottom looked ok. The 4 females look ok to me. But as you all know this is my 1st tort endeavor.

I could only see four females and one male for sale on his page, but there’s a few things I’m not sure if are of concern or not

First up, I’m a bit worried about the colouring on this ones plastron, they can definitely get a pink hue when growing, but a patch like this looks more like some sort of internal injury to me, I’d be interested in folks having a look

With this one I can’t tell if the white bit is a reflection or something concerning

With this guy he looks like he’s lost some nails? Which could be a reg flag, also unsure about that weird patch

I am not a Vet...but I have had tortoises with sepsis where the whole plastron looked like that pink spot...If I'm right you would probably need an exotic Vet...it's a serious thing...wait for one of our experts to give their opinion...
The female with that pink area is definitely one I wouldn’t pick.
