Has anyone bought egyptians or any other tort from john coakley? Haven't found any info on him except that he lived in conneticut and now lives in Florida

If you google his name and with egyptian tortoise added to it, you will find a lot of info for him.

Yes he is in Florida. You would be wise to purchase from him. He is VERY knowledgeable on breeding and raising Egyptians. I would not hesitate buying any animals from John.
