You seem to be already deep into the tort world which is fantastic. I hope you are open to learning new things and admitting there may be things that can be done better. I am not saying you are doing anything incorrect but inevitably you will be told of a better way of doing some things. This works both ways ... others will learn from you just as you will from others so keep sharing and don't ever feel like you can't ask ANY question(s).
