New Russian Horsefield Tortoise - Help Please

Hi all,

Lots of questions! We’ve got a Baby Russian.

Photo attached as set up provided by pet shop.

We’ve got a heat mat on the floor and a 40w basking lamp in the warm side.

Current temp 94 in warm side.

Cold side temp 76 in cool side.

Do we need lamp and mat?

Are temps ok?

Should we be soaking baby?

Should we put a hide on the heat mat in the warm end?

Should we put a hide in the cool end?

Any other help or guidance would be great.
