I have them in a Waterland land tortoise tub with the side that is supposed to be filled with water filled with peat moss for egg laying. This side also has a shallow drinking/soaking dish. The "land" side has cypress mulch as the bedding with two flagstones on top of one another another with a bricks between the two. This creates a space allowing them to hide and also supplies a good amount of shade. I also place wire over the top of the tub to keep them from climbing out because they are excellent climbers.
