Pink thing at tortoise butt

I noticed there is a pink thing sticking out my tortoise butt today, my sulcata tortoise is around 8 inches long, 1 and a half years old. Is this fine?

Well it could be its sex organ or it could be a prolapse starting.
Give a long warm soak and in something big enough s/he can move around.
Also post pics of the enclosure and give us a run down of all the temps, humidity, equipment using, diet, etc. Eveeything that is involved with his care.
