I may be asking for the impossible here. It's only small with no flowers. We laid a new lawn on the front garden last year, this has popped up in the last few weeks. If it's any good I wanted to replant in tort area before it gets too big.

It could be a young vine, but it seems unlikely sprouting in turf.

It's a bit hard to tell until it grows a bit more.

I'm guessing it must have seeded from the turf company. There's nothing obvious around us that it could have seeded from. Of course winds and birds carry seeds from a far.
I think I'll dig it up and put it in a pot for now.

I am not sure, but i think it is hogweed

It may look different as a very young plant, but according to this picture, they don't look the same at all:

As me was told it is not edible. In belgium it's name is bereklauw.

No. And if you search Common Hogweed or bereklauw it tells you to always wear gloves when messing with this plant.
