I have always cut the stupid plastic rings sice I was a kid and saw a Gull with one around his neck. It really botherd me.

What kind of turtle is/was that. I can not see it on this silly computer and my phone makes it appear too small.

Looks like some kind of Paint turtle.

It is a red ear slider if I am not mistaken
I feel bad that this guy is not gonna have a normal life, and not to be flippant but I can't remember the last time I bought something with that type of packaging. I have been buying the 12 packs in the box for at least 6 years if not longer.
