Red dot on Plastron

Hi, im new here!

Im worried about this red dot ive found on my Russion tortoise’s plastron. It looks like a little cut but im not 100%

Please give me some advice ! Lol

also, i think his feet pads look a little blistered or is this just him growing? He is only 4 months old

I can't respond about the feet because they don't show in the picture, but the red spot doesn't concern m e. It may just be what's left after the egg yolk has absorbed.
