My baby Sulcata, Athena, is a rescue tortoise that my boyfriend got for me from a "buy sell trade" page on facebook. The tortoise was in what I would have to call horrendous conditions. Someone had bought her at a pet store and got bored with her and admitted to neglecting her! He told us that his dog got ahold of her and showed us where its teeth punctured her shell! :( I instantly fell in love with her and was amazed how great of pets they can be. Because she was in such bad conditions her shell had started pyramiding and I'm not sure what to do about it. She now lives in a 30 gallon covered aquarium with Cyprus mulch that I mist multiple times daily to maintain humidity (idont have a gague). Is there any other tips so that it doesn't get worse?

keep the temps at minimum 80 on the cold side, on the hot side should be about 85-90, basking should be 100 or so. Keep humidity at 80%. misting should be helping, and keep the cage covered so heat and humidity don't escape (which it sounds like you're doing :) ) give the sulcata daily soaks as well in warm water, just enough to cover her lower shell. this will help make sure she stays hydrated. You can't reverse the pyramiding already done but doing what i suggested will stop further pyramiding and should cause smooth growth

So as long as I follow your advice as she grows overtime it will become less and less noticeable?

Ya. Especially since she/he is small. Sulcatas get big, and with all the growth itll really smooth out and become less noticable. Read toms threads as well for proper sulcata care
