My greek tortoise is a week into oral antibiotics to treat a respiratory infection and he’s making screeching noises. Is this a normal part of recovery?

Usually the noises are when the illness is discovered.
What are your temps? Make sure they are warmer than normal by at least 5 degrees until the tortoises is 100%. I would have them at 85 day and no lower than 80 at night with a normal basking.
