Russian bookshelf?

Would this be a good indoor winter enclosure?
It is 41" long, 24" wide, 11 1/2" tall!

What about the 71" long one? If you can. Otherwise the 41" long one would do for one small to medium sized RT.
I have seen others use these. The backing can be a bit thin, but would work if you had a table to put it on. If not, you will have to replace the backing with something like 1/4" plywood. You might also have to add a lip around the edge to prevent your tort from climbing out.
Add a liner and you are done!

My tort is a hair over 4" I think this will do for at least till next summer

As long as you can seal it I think It'll work just fine. A Shower curtain should do the job easily and cheaply. Won't be the prettiest thing in the world but it'll definitely work.
