Russian Tortoise Shell

This is Delilah she’s a 10-15 year old Russian tortise (Am fairly certain female)
Over this last winter the new growth on her shell has become a lighter color with the usual brown an darker green colors missing. I e attached a picture. Can anyone tell me if this is normal? I’m worried as I’ve had her for almost 10 years and this has never happened before.

Looks normal, usually the new growth is a lighter color and sometimes lacks the patterns. She probably hasn't grown in all those years because she was full grown or close to full grown. Nice tortoise!
