Safe ledge?

Is this safe? the rocks are stable so they wont fall down but he might fall of the edge. It is only about a 2 inch drop and 3 inches from the pot but you never know... I havent seen him fall but I just made it so yeah.

id imagine it couldn't hurt him falling onto the substrate. my tort likes to go on his hut and slide off it for fun it seems! just make sure he cant fall onto anything hard!

Ok it is just soft(ish) bed a beast. He is a baby though.

is there any way of making it a little shorter? just to be safe? but in my opinion, the last photo is a little bigger and i can see it better. the ledge isn't to big! do what ever you think is safest.
