I have a baby sulcata tortoise that I need to find a home for. He is about
3 months old, in great shape. Eats like a pig!!!! I also have his
enclosure (wont last him long and should know that) it is a 20 gallon long
with screen top (never use the top though) These tortoises do better in
open air, so I have kept him outside in the daytime in a custom tortoise
run, he only stayed in the tank at night!! To protect from raccoons and
coyotes. He has been free grazing but I have fed him different grasses and
greens, and supplemented with natural grass pellets. I am moving and wont
have room for him when he gets bigger and it wouldnt be fair to him. Please
know the species, and know that they are cute and small now but turn into
dozers real soon. I am asking a small rehoming fee of 75 dollars obo, this
includes the tortoise, the tank and all the supplies (decor, light, light
fixture, tortoise pellets, and tortoise book) It also includes his plastic
tub, that is a little bigger than the actual tank, and it is fully
furnished. I use this to put him on the patio sometimes when it gets too
hot or cold with a light attached. it is open top and works great. Please
again know the tortoise. Have a yard or getting a yard. I love my tortoise
and have raised so many reptiles, I just wont have the room soon. Call me
and I can even deliver him for 10 dollars extra (gas) unless you are real
close by in the same city then I will take him to you for nothing.
