Quite narrow and plain for a RF that likes a lot of plant cover. If you have a spot that could be wider, it will be needed as an adult, if not already. Also needs high humidity which the plants will help with

yes i have plans to make it bigger but i cant do it right now, also he is only 1.

yes i have plans to make it bigger but i cant do it right now, also he is only 1.
At one, he should be housed in a closed chamber. He can go outside for short visits, like 1 hour but should remain the majority of the time in a high humidity closed chamber.

oh yes i keep him inside for the nights and when he eats

Yeah, I think you are missing the way to properly care for him
He needs high humidity.thats why he is so pyramided and the fact that, that's the climate they need
You have a lot of improving to do. I also think he is older than 1

That outdoor enclosure is altogether unsuitable. The most glaring mistake is the sand. Sand is bad for tortoises in every way. This is not said to be mean, but to help you to know how best to care for your pet. Redfoots need warm and humid conditions as in the rainforest which is their natural habitat.

Sand can cause impaction if he eats it, please find a safer substrate. There are plenty alternatives and guides listed here to better care for your Redfoot.
