Yesterday I went on ShipYourReptiles.com's website and there was only the option of shipping through UPS and not Fed-Ex. Does anyone know what is going on?
Ship your Reptiles was having issues with the interface between FedEx and their website, packages were being sent to wrong states. Ship Your Reptiles didn't find this to be a priority and just moved everything to UPS, despite UPS having no stores of their own. When you use UPS you have to pick your package up at a 3rd party location .... Access point is what they call it. We had a Sulcata shipped from New York and paid the shipping, when we went to pick up the tort we had to pay another $10 to this 3rd party store to receive the animal. We spent hours on the phone with Ship Your Reptiles explaining how this arrangement would not work (with UPS) but they didn't find any urgency in fixing the issues with FedEx. We tried it and it put the animals safety and frankly life in jeopardy so we looked at different options .... RedLine. It is very unfortunate Ship Your Reptiles (All Pro Shipping) didn't see that it wasn't people that are their priority but the animals in the boxes. We have spent hours now on the phone with RedLine and feel 100% confident in them now to handle the precious cargo we have dedicated our lives to. We have no hard feelings towards All Pro but our priority is the animals not the people and we will except no excuses or issues. Hope this helps.
