Hey Everyone,

I was just wondering what are signs of stress in juvenile red foot tortoise? Other then hiding in its shell
Does he/she live alone?
Does he eat a lot?
Does he drink?
Is he active?
Does he walk with his plastron raised high?
Is the temperature between 80 and 86?
Is your humidity above 75%
If you answered yes to all of these, chances are he is ok.

Oh okay that's good, but I am asking for like physical signs of stress excluding hiding in the shell. I should have been more specific, sorry.

It's also normal for a baby Redfoot to spend the majority of the day and all night sleeping and hiding
