Is this pool meant for only while your tortoise is small or meant to be his full time enclosure even at adult size?

I got the impression it was to be temporary until a regular outdoor space could be provided.

I took it the other way seeing it's not a very cheap way to go for a little one.

Was hoping it would be a safe start, for say, the first 5 or so years. Then see what kind of torty personality mine has and what would be required beyond those years.
