I found some seeds in my room and was wondering if my torts could eat mung beans, broccoli and I have one call sandwich booster mix so I any advice will help

Mung beans are the bean sprouts we're all used to, so if the sprouts are edible, it stands to reason the leaves would be too.

Broccoli is a cruciferous vegetable, and is ok as a part of a varied diet, but should not be fed consistently.

I think "sandwich booster" is a mix of clover, alfalfa, radish and mustard. This would also be ok as part of a varied diet.
