Split or Extra Scutes?

Would you call these extra scutes or split. There are two more than there should be on one of my hatchlings.

It's Definately an extra scute, as I found out this is not un-common in female torts.

Are the two clutch mates? I think extra scutes (and split ones)make a tortoise so much more special.
