Temperatures

I've lost all my vital researched items, aaargh!

So, simple question, what temperatures should I have for
* cool end
* hot end
* basking (top of shell level)

for both daytime and night temps

well i'm a newbie here but from what i've gathered you want anywhere around 70-85 on the cool end and around 90-100 for basking with a good hide close by the basking area. also humidity around 70%+ hope this helps and anyone please correct me if i'm wrong.
