Tortoise regurgitating water?

My baby redfoot just got done having his soak for the day. He drank A LOT. Like seriously, a lot. I thought nothing of it because he was coming up for air every so often and looked content. When I took he out he spit out some water. About 5 minutes later he did it again. Why is this? Should I be concerned??

normally a tortoise throwing up would B a big concern but in this instance I wouldnt worry
