Tortoise travel - U.S. to Canada with tortoise

I wish to get some information about travelling with a tortoise back and forth from USA to Canada on airplanes. I just wished to know what certificates and clearances are needed to travel. I am looking at buying a 2 year old Russian tortoise in USA at the moment, and i will be travelling to canada and back for work. Any advice would be lovely!! Thanks
