Uneven Shell?

I have an 11 year old female russian tortoise and her shell has always had an uneven pattern, I am not sure if it is normal, She uses shell conditioner and has a whole shell care routine. Im just not sure why her little shell is uneven

Could you upload a photo of her side profile? I’m looking to see if her carapace has a sloped like appearance towards the back, the uneven growth can happen with captive Russians, usually if they’ve been raised too dry or incorrect lighting, her shell doesn’t look too bad from above thoughwhilst you’re here, I don’t suppose you’d mind sharing her care/housing info? It’s super helpful for if there’s any tips or pointer we can offer, many folks join without realising some of their husbandry is no longer up to date, no pressure though! Answer as many or as few as you like

Does she live primarily indoors or outdoors?

If indoors..
What are your temperatures like all over? Ie basking temp(directly under the bulb), overall day temps(middle and cooler side), night temps?
What kind of basking bulb is being used specifically? Packaging photos are good if you have any
Do you use indoor uv? If so what kind?
How’s humidity?
What’s her substrate?
What kind of monitoring do you have measuring temp&humidity?
What’s her diet been like with you?
