With everyone posting some new enclosure pics I just wanted to post a few of my son and I's russian tortoise enclosure. I also wanted to say thanks for all the wonderful ideas, suggestions, and help from all the wonderful people of this forum. I will put a picture of the very first enclosure i asked for your opinions on (about a month ago) and then the new ones. Thanks matt

Holy cow! That is just beautiful...wanna come and make me one? My tortoises would love you for it...where do ya'll get rocks like that? Just walk around and collect them somewhere?

Is it like lined with anything? So it's water proof? Just wondering.

Thank you, we used to have a pond in the back yard so have lots of rocks we used to build that with. Took us awhile to collect those. Cant wait till spring as we have a 25' by 40' area in the backyard that we are going to build an outdoor enclosure in (that outta be fun!!!)

It is water resistant special treated wood i got from where i work. But when we do a substrate change in a couple of months we are going to tile it as i dont thing that would will last that long in the long run

Hhaha :p That's good, I was kind of worried, but I mean if you built that gorgeous enclosure I'm sure you know what your doing!
